Clinical Responsibilities Provide care for registered patients including diagnosis, examination and appropriate treatment, investigation and onward referral. Participate in acute, chronic and anticipatory clinical care, preventative care, screening, risk management and patient education, ensuring continuity of care throughout. Other Responsibilities Awareness of and compliance with all relevant Practice policies/guidelines, e.g. Confidentiality, Data Protection, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity Attending training and events organised by the Practice or other agencies, where appropriate.
