We are currently recruiting for a

Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in High Wycombe. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance Forklift to safely load and unload building products, moving stock around the site, and assisting with general yard duties. This is a hands-on position, so you should be happy to get involved with supporting the yard team and carrying out manual tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading building products.
• Moving stock around the warehouse and yard.
• Assisting with general yard duties and supporting the wider team.
• Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Happy to work both on and off the forklift.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
