Interim Finance Business Partner

Your new company

I am currently supporting a world-renowned facilities services business based in London to hire an interim finance business partner for 6 months. The business has just won a medium-sized bid and is looking for the right candidate to support with the mobilisation and support the go-live.

Your new role

As an interim finance business partner, you will report to the Head of Finance and work alongside 2 finance business partners. The role is very commercially facing and some of the key responsibilities include:

• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Supporting the business with driving improvements and cost initiatives
• Ensuring that the business' financial reporting and key forecasts are completed timely
• Working alongside finance leaders, account managers and the wider commercial team
• Own the full financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics across the account

What you'll need to succeed

• They are looking for a highly motivated, qualified, interim professional with mobilisation experience. It is very desirable if you have worked in a contract-led environment or in a project-based role.
• Prior client-facing experience is essential.
• A strong communicator, as a lot of day-to-day work is speaking with operators and clients.
