The Role

The University of Roehampton Professional Services Limited is recruiting to the role of Legal Services and Casework Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the University’s legal compliance and its delivery of fair and robust Student Casework processes.

Key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Services and Student Casework Team, in particular supporting the Information Governance Manager in responding to Freedom of Information and Data Subject Rights requests, and assisting with student complaints and disciplinary cases.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
