Senior Clinical Fellow in Medical Specialties (rotations available)

All duties must be carried out under supervision or within Trust policy and procedure. You must never undertake any duties that are outside your area of skill or knowledge level. If you are unsure you must seek clarification from a more senior member of staff You should disclose data only to authorised persons or organisations as instructed. Breaches of confidentiality in relation to data will result in disciplinary action which may include dismissal. Employees are expected to comply with all Trust data management processes and procedures. For those posts where there is management or supervision of other staff it is the responsibility of that employee to ensure that their staff receive appropriate data training (e.g. HISS induction, organising refresher sessions for staff when necessary).
