Primary Care Business Development Lead

The Primary Care Business Development Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for identifying, developing and supporting new primary care opportunities across West London. Working with the Federation, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), NHS partners and wider stakeholders, the postholder will help secure and deliver services that are operationally practical, financially sustainable and aligned to local health priorities. They will lead on business development, contract oversight, governance, performance improvement, workforce planning and service mobilisation, ensuring opportunities are translated into effective delivery models. The role also provides strategic oversight of training, education and research partnerships, helping maximise their value to practices and PCNs. Success will depend on building strong relationships, influencing across organisational boundaries and supporting PCNs to deliver high-quality services that improve outcomes, strengthen primary care and maximise funding opportunities across West London.
