An exciting opportunity is now available at a school in South East London where you’ll get to support children with SEN. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll ensure children are able to achieve to their full potential academically, emotionally and socially.

Part of your role as a Teaching Assistant will involve providing tailored support, and you’ll need to be adaptable and passionate about making a real difference to children’s lives. Some of the children you’ll support will have complex needs, so experience supporting children with SEN would be beneficial.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll also need to build positive relationships with colleagues and families and demonstrate good teamwork. The staff at this school are warm and welcoming with the ultimate goal of ensuring children receive the best support possible so this is a positive place to work.

This Teaching Assistant role is full time working from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm and is likely to continue until July 2027 with the potential to extend thereafter, meaning you’ll get to build good rapport and see the progress children make with your support.
