A broad range of administrative and clerical duties will be undertaken to support the smooth running of the department. As the reception service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you will be required to work flexible shifts, including unsociable hours, weekends, and public holidays. Staff may also be called upon to support the department during major incidents.
