We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for 2 weeks' cover in Bath on a conversion of an existing office space into a student accommodation. This will be paid via

PAYE.

Duties as a

Freelance Site Manager

• Oversee site set up
• Minor strip out and demo works
• Complete site inductions
• Internal ground prep works for piling
• Scaffold installation
• Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Required Qualifications/Experience as a

Freelance Site Manager

• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
