Senior Information Analyst

Working under the management of the Systems Manager, the main responsibilities of the post are as follows: Develop reports and analysis using advanced business intelligence tool Audit the activity information dataset to review the quality of information, addressing any data quality issues and making recommendations where improvement is necessary Act as the Trust representative at appropriate meetings and forums, including contributing to discussions, making commitments to deliver work to agreed deadlines and ensuring that other team members are adequately informedManage complex information, with the ability to communicate to a range of stakeholder audiences including non-financial colleagues. Liaise and respond to a range of stakeholder finance and activity queries. Cover for other members of the Income team, where appropriate.Provide training and support to CIVICA SLAM users, to ensure system competence. Please refer to the Job Description for further details
