About this role

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with welcoming and supportive schools across Reading who are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers and SEN Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

These opportunities are open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers looking for their next exciting role within a thriving school environment.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards
  • Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
  • Open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
