Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference every day?
We are currently recruiting dedicated, resilient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and understands the importance of patience, consistency, and positive relationship-building.
Providing 1
1 and small group support to students
Assisting pupils with learning, routines, and classroom engagement
Encouraging independence, confidence, and communication skills
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Creating a positive, supportive, and reliable presence throughout the school day
✅ Previous SEN Teaching Assistant or support work experience is essential
✅ Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
✅ A calm, proactive, and patient approach
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
