What You'll Be Doing

  • Shaping and leading strategic learning support across all year groups
  • Developing and overseeing bespoke interventions for students with SEND
  • Coaching and mentoring a dedicated team—build capacity and expertise
  • Collaborating with class teachers, SLT, and external specialists for best outcomes
  • Analysing data and reporting on student progress, driving innovation
  • Building trusted relationships with families and external professionals
