Duties of a Service Advisor

• Greet customers and efficiently manage service bookings
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair and service process
• Coordinate with the workshop to ensure prompt and quality turnaround times
• Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and service plans
• Handle invoicing, administrative tasks, and follow-up calls
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Requirements of a Service Advisor

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in using computer systems and managing customer updates
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
