Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Barking / South East Region
Temporary to Permanent
£14.23 per hour PAYE
An opportunity has become available for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor covering multiple commercial and logistics sites across the South East, including Barking, Maidstone, Enfield, Dartford, Southampton and Poole.
This role is working for a major facilities management provider supporting FedEx operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across multiple sites whilst supervising and supporting cleaning operatives.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:30 – 17:00
37.5 hours per week
Flexibility is required to meet operational site requirements.
Duties Include
Carrying out regular cleaning audits and site inspections
Supervising and supporting cleaning operatives across multiple locations
Managing attendance, holidays, absence and training records
Assisting with recruitment, inductions and training of new staff
Ensuring Right to Work compliance and onboarding documentation is completed
Submitting timesheets and payroll information accurately and on time
Delivering toolbox talks and promoting health & safety standards
Managing cleaning consumables and stock levels
Providing holiday and sickness cover where required
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site management teams
Ensuring all staff adhere to uniform, PPE and site compliance requirements
Requirements
Previous cleaning supervisory experience
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Flexible and hands-on approach to work
This is a temp to perm opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
