An Outstanding Primary School in Southall is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September. The role will involve providing PPA cover across the school, working throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

HLTA - The Role
- Providing PPA and class cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary phase
- Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups
- Creating positive and well-managed classroom environments
- Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff and leadership
- Building strong relationships with pupils across the school

Requirements
- HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience

- Confidence delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, proactive and positive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
