An Outstanding Primary School in Southall is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September. The role will involve providing PPA cover across the school, working throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

HLTA - The Role

  • Providing PPA and class cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across the primary phase
  • Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups
  • Creating positive and well-managed classroom environments
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff and leadership
  • Building strong relationships with pupils across the school

Requirements

  • Flexible, proactive and positive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
