An Outstanding Primary School in Harrow is opening a brand-new Nursery provision from September and is seeking Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to join the team.

The school is looking to appoint multiple Early Years staff who are passionate about child development, play-based learning and helping shape an exciting new Early Years environment from the very beginning.

Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - The Role

• Supporting children within a brand-new Nursery provision
• Delivering engaging, play-based learning aligned with EYFS
• Supporting communication, language and social development
• Creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, practitioners and leadership
• Supporting routines, behaviour and pupil wellbeing

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working within Nursery or EYFS settings
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
• Positive and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
