Looking to take the next step in your SEND career within a highly supportive primary school?
A welcoming Primary School in Ealing is seeking a SEND HLTA to support a small specialist KS1 provision for pupils with high-level ASD and additional needs.
Working closely with the SENCo and wider SEND team, you will play a key role in delivering structured learning, supporting routines and leading activities for a small group of pupils.
This role would suit someone with strong SEND experience who is ready to step into a more senior support role within a mainstream setting.
SEND HLTA - The Role
- Supporting a small KS1 specialist provision
- Leading targeted learning activities and interventions
- Supporting pupils with ASD and communication needs
- Working closely with the SENCo and support staff
- Helping create structured routines and positive learning environments
- Supporting engagement, regulation and development

Requirements
- Experience supporting children with SEND
- Confidence leading interventions and activities
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
