Chemistry Teacher
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher for a well-regarded Secondary School in West London, starting in September 2026. The school has a supportive and established Science department, with a strong focus on academic achievement and student development.
The majority of the timetable will involve teaching up to and including A-Level Chemistry. The position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.

00am 4:00pm, plus parents evenings and school meetings
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science/Chemistry within UK Secondary Schools
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3/4 and 5 Chemistry
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING,
YOU MUST
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
