Key Requirements
- Proven experience within PMO, portfolio planning, or performance management roles in large, complex organisations, ideally in telecommunications environments.
- Strong capability in demand management and prioritisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business objectives, funding and capacity.
- Experience owning annual planning cycles, change control processes, and portfolio‑level governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive insight, decision‑making and performance improvement.
- Experience producing high‑quality portfolio reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks for senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial management capability, including tracking spend, forecasting, and ensuring alignment to funded activity.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, acting as a single point of contact across business units, influencing and aligning priorities.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvement, and implement new ways of working across teams.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
