Community Care Caseworker (Fully Remote Working)

A Central London-based charity are looking for a senior community care caseworker. The role will be permanent and can either be fully remote working from home or hybrid working as preferred.

Their senior legal caseworkers focus on a significant caseload of complex community care matters, developing and delivering legal rights training to partner organisations and other groups, and providing casework supervision (but not line management) to other members of the team. Senior legal caseworkers are developing their experience in supervising and supporting other members of the team and providing top level guidance on how to tackle legal issues, whilst continuing to develop and focus on their own practice and caseload.

The role would probably suit either a very senior community care paralegal or a fairly junior community care solicitor.

Salary will be around the 45k level depending on experience.
