- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working collaboratively with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Plans and delivers well-structured lessons in line with the school’s policies, curriculum, and schemes of work
- Assesses, monitors, records, and reports on pupils’ progress effectively, using assessment information to inform teaching and support achievement
- Adapts teaching to respond to the strengths, interests, and needs of all pupils
- Sets high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils to achieve their best
- Promotes strong progress and positive outcomes for all pupils
- Demonstrates secure subject knowledge and a strong understanding of the curriculum
- Contributes to the preparation of pupils for external assessments and examinations effectively
