Join Enfield’s Integrated Family Help Service
Enfield are looking to recruit a cohort of Family Help Practitioners to work in our new integrated Family Help Teams.
Family Help Practitioner, PO1 grade (Full-time) Salary Range £42,771 - £45, 750
The Family Help Service is a preventive service which offers support to children and families that require targeted early help and/or protection.
We are looking for enthusiastic, able and suitably qualified practitioners from the field of education, health, youth, housing and social care to join the service. Applicants must have a minimum level of qualifications at NVQ level 3 or above in the relevant fields referred to above. Practitioners will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the diverse needs of children, and show experience of being involved in assessing, planning and reviewing processes to support families or individual children to empower and affect change.
The post holder will have a varied caseload, offering support to empower parents and carers to build on the family’s strengths preventing family breakdown and improving outcomes for children and families.

We are in an exciting period of transformation with newly developed integrated family help teams going live from April to mid-May 2026 that will be supported by a developing, strong MACPT (multi-agency child protection team) that will go live towards the end of the year.
