As a Dispensing Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in a dispensing store, ensuring that we provide exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, reporting directly to the area manager. You will manage a small team of five and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain high standards of dispensing.
- Drive team performance through effective coaching and development.
- Manage stock levels and inventory to optimise store performance.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and staff.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Level 2 NVQ pharmacy dispensing qualification.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
It would be great if you also have- Experience with pharmacy operations and compliance.
- Knowledge of health and beauty products.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
