Nursery Apprentice

We are seeking a warm, dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at our family-run Montessori nurseries. This is a great opportunity to start a career in early years education with full training and support in a nurturing, inspiring environment.

Salary

£8.00 per hour (approximately £16,640 per year based on 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Support high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Montessori principles

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities

Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Support children’s development through observation and interaction

Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

Work as part of a team while learning on the job

About You

Passionate about working with young children

Willing to learn and work towards a childcare qualification

Caring, reliable and enthusiastic

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
