We’re looking for an Operations Administrator (Operations Administrative Officer) to support our lifesaving work across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Location

Stokenchurch (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)

Hours

Part-time, 20 hours per week

Salary

£13,218.40 per annum (Real Living Wage)

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations team, providing vital administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and two Heads of Department.

You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, from diary and meeting coordination to supporting projects, maintaining records, and assisting with financial processes.

We’re looking for someone who is

✔️ Highly organised and proactive

✔️ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Collaborative, with a positive and professional approach

✔️ Able to manage changing priorities and deadlines

Previous experience in administrative or support roles (e.g. PA, EA, Admin Assistant, charity or healthcare settings) is helpful but not essential.
