About this role

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Chichester campus. The Administrator (Assessment) will work flexibly across the Academic Registry team, providing an efficient, effective and professional administrative support to students, staff, academic partners and other stakeholders, working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience.

About you

You will have a good general education to A’ level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. You will need good interpersonal and communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to build relationships and understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality. You will need to be approachable, adaptable and conscientious. Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a similar environment, as is experience of working to tight deadlines, processing high volumes and managing and prioritising workload. Experience of working with databases and a high degree of digital literacy (e.g. Excel) is also essential. Management of shared inboxes and workloads would be an advantage. There is also a physical element to this role e.g. setting up examinations, trouble-shooting IT problems in exams.
