Description
I’m a woman in my 40s with a physical disability and live independently in my own home with my family, dogs and cat.
I am looking to recruit a Personal Health Care Assistant to join our team of Personal Assistants. Main tasks include assistance with personal care, continence care, reassurance, repositioning, medication assistants, assist with drinking, monitoring for seizures and help maintain airways during seizures.
Applicants must be reliable and while care experience is preferred, I would consider someone who is keen to work in the care sector and has a desire to learn.
Experience with spinal injury patients helpful.
Rate of pay – £15.00
Hours – 2 waking nights per week (total of 24 hours per week)
Benefits – 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, access to workplace pension with employer contribution at statutory rate, all training provided, DBS check and Update Service paid by the employer.
