Therapy Service Lead

Duties to include but not be limited to: You will be responsible for leading the delivery of our Therapy Services alongside your Therapy Lead colleagues. To lead the therapy teams ensuring all members are practicing effectively within agreed standards and competency frameworks. To work closely alongside the senior therapy leadership team to provide cohesive and efficient therapy services. To implement innovative models of service delivery in partnership with key stakeholders and community partners utilising continuous Improvement methodology. To actively participate in meetings in regard to a number of aspects of service delivery and professional support. To provide regular supervision to clinical lead therapists. To ensure the service meets local and national standards as well as clinical governance requirements. To identify professional and operational issues that need to be addressed at a strategic level. To successfully use advanced communication and change management skills to implement changes in work structure. To support learning and development opportunities for therapists and therapy assistants to support service delivery and provide professional development opportunities. To ensure that professional, departmental and trust standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. Interested?
