£17.94 per hour

⏰ 37 Hours Per Week (rota basis including weekends & bank holidays)

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors, motivating teams, and making a real impact in the community?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Beaches Workforce Supervisor to lead our seasonal beach and cleansing teams throughout the busy summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to work along the beautiful Kent coastline while helping keep our beaches clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.

This is not a desk-based role - we need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and jump in to support the team whenever needed.

What You'll Be Doing

✔️ Supervising and supporting seasonal beach & cleansing teams

✔️ Coordinating daily workloads and resources efficiently

✔️ Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards across beach areas

✔️ Leading by example with a hands-on approach

✔️ Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

✔️ Managing staff attendance, holidays, sickness, and performance

✔️ Responding to operational issues and customer enquiries professionally

✔️ Carrying out inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns

What We're Looking For

Previous supervisory or team leader experience

Experience within cleansing, environmental services, waste & recycling, or similar operational environments preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive, proactive, can-do attitude

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Full clean driving licence essential

Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
