About the Role

You'll be supporting four wonderful ladies who live active, vibrant lives. They love getting out and about, and you'll be right there with them for:

  • Bowling trips
  • Swimming sessions
  • Meals out
  • Marwell Zoo adventures
  • Parties and discos

No two days are the same — if you enjoy variety, connection, and fun, you'll feel right at home.

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, energetic, and ready to support people to live life to the fullest.

To join the team, you'll need

  • A FULL UK/EU Driving Licence You'll be driving an Automatic Mobility Vehicle, so confidence on the road is essential.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of earlies, lates, sleep-ins, and alternate weekends.
  • A commitment to person-centred support and empowering people to make their own choices.
