Project Manager - Repairs, Safety, Quality & Compliance

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Housing Improvement Programme Team and lead key improvement projects across repairs, compliance, building safety, and asset management services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in delivering service improvements across housing operations, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects across repairs, voids, compliance, and asset management
• Manage project plans, risks, milestones, and performance reporting
• Coordinate contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Support building safety and regulatory compliance activities
• Produce reports and updates for senior leadership and governance boards
• Drive continuous improvement across housing technical services

About You

You will have

• Proven project management experience within social housing, property services, or a related environment
• Strong knowledge of repairs, compliance, and building safety
• Experience working with contractors and managing performance/KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities
