Senior Clinical Fellow in HIV Medicine

We are looking for a keen and motivated doctor to join the Consultant-led HIV and Sexual health services, with the duties as outlined below: Daily review and management of inpatients under the direct care of the HIV team. Conduct Registrar-led ward rounds. Weekly or twice-weekly review of inpatients under the care of other teams. Outpatient HIV clinics, under consultant supervision. Daily doctor review of emergency patients; review blood results; antiretroviral prescribing. Perform administrative duties arising from inpatients and outpatient clinics. The post holder will work jointly with other trainees in Infectious diseases, General Medicine and GP. They will participate in a rota that includes time as the lead registrar for inpatients, and time as the lead registrar for outpatients. Prior experience in HIV medicine is not required but may be of benefit; training and supervision will be provided.
