About the role…
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Credit Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage your own portfolio, using various communication methods to recover outstanding balances while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. With great attention to detail and a proactive approach, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of our high-performing credit team.
As a Credit Controller you will…
Accurately allocate and reconcile incoming payments to the correct customer accounts
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve account queries and disputes
Work towards individual and team targets, keeping the Finance Shared Service Manager informed of any challenging accounts
Prepare and deliver reports to support credit control performance and decision-making
Raise invoices promptly and ensure billing processes run smoothly
About you…
We’re looking for a Credit Controller with strong IT skills, and a genuine interest in business and finance. You’re a team player with excellent communication and customer service abilities, both written and verbal. Your persuasive and professional approach helps you negotiate effectively, and you’re confident managing your time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
