Post CCT Fellow (eqv to ST8) in Orthopaedic Extremity Trauma

The successful applicant will work closely with all consultants in the department. Mr Peter Bates and Ms Homa Arshad will act as educational supervisors, with the wider consultant body providing mentorship and support throughout the fellowship. The post is designed to develop advanced operative skills, clinical judgement and leadership in trauma care. Barts Health fellowships have an excellent track record of supporting fellows into substantive consultant posts both within the UK and internationally. The Trust has a strong academic profile, and fellows are encouraged to engage in research activity, clinical trials and service development projects. Completion of at least one audit or quality improvement project and contribution towards peer-reviewed publication is expected during the fellowship.
