About this role
The Best Connection are currently working with our client to recruit removal porter's to work throughout the summer peak.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced removal porter to add to our clients established team during their busy period.
Responsibilities of the removals porter will include but not be limited to
- Helping to load the vehicle at the beginning of each shift
- calling the clients customers when on route to update them on arrival times
- handling clients goods with care
- unloading items to the customers room of choice
Requirement's of the Removals Porter
- Ability to lift weights of up to 20KG independently and heavier as part of a team
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a wider team environment
Hours of work
- shifts will typically be 07:00-15:00 but flexibility is required depending on the nature of the client requests
Rates of pay
- £12.71 per hour
