When you join Your Trust as an Activity Centre Instructor - Casual you will be part of a charity based across the Rochdale Borough

What will my role be as an Activity Centre Instructor - Casual?

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes

using your excellent customer service skills to be the face of the Water Activity and Woodland Adventure Centre by meeting,

greeting and assisting visitors to enable them to access the activity or service they’re interested in.

What do I need to have?

* One or more relevant instructional qualification(s) in any of the following activities – Sailing, Kayaking/Canoeing,

Windsurfing, Climbing, Mountain Biking, Archery

* Experience of working with members of the public

* Proven ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public

* Ability to use own initiative and think commercially to support the development of the service

* Willing and able to work outdoors

* Knowledge and commercial awareness of outdoor adventure activities opportunities

* Ability to co-ordinate tasks to deliver activities and events smoothly

* Working knowledge of health and safety within an activity or event setting

* Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills

* Excellent time management skills
