Deputy Head of Healthcare - HMP Coldingley

JOB SUMMARY The post holder will be an experienced healthcare professional who also has excellent staff management skills. They will support the Head of Healthcare to manage and develop the Healthcare team to achieve a targeted and appropriate service, delivered in accordance with evidence-based practice and local policies and procedures. The post holder will have direct line management responsibilities for senior staff. The post holder will proactively lead healthcare teams to further develop services and clinical pathways, nurse led minor ailment clinics, sexual health clinics and immunisation programmes. In addition, the post holder will have a key role in implementing the male health promotion strategy and Positive Health Programme The post holder will work closely with the Head of Healthcare to develop and implement an effective healthcare Strategy for HMP Coldingley.
