About The Role

Working Pattern

Monday-Thursday 06:00-15:00 Friday- 06:00-11:00

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
To lead by example when completing task, following the safe systems of work and method statements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

Must have right to work in the UK
To have demonstratable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
Experience in training and inducting colleagues
