About this role

We are seeking a commercially minded Management Adviser to act as the analytical and advisory lead across our UK SME client portfolio. The postholder will assess client businesses, diagnose the strategic and operational barriers limiting their growth, and translate rigorous analysis into practical, measurable recommendations.

Because our advice has to survive contact with delivery, the role also carries responsibility for turning those recommendations into executable plans across our three internal departments — setting the scope, resourcing, sequencing and reporting standards that Project Operations, Financial Operations and Marketing then deliver against. The emphasis is on diagnosis, advice, methodology and evidence rather than hands-on campaign execution.

The role is employed directly by Momentum Growth Agency Ltd and works under the Company's own direction and supervision. The postholder will not be supplied to, or placed under the control of, any third party.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the commercial objectives, growth marketing infrastructure and performance requirements of UK SME clients, and identify the strategic and operational problems limiting their growth across campaign operations, paid media, landing pages, tracking and web analytics.

• Determine appropriate research and data analysis methods, interpret performance data, and translate findings into structured recommendations tailored to each client's objectives and budget.

• Build the commercial case behind each recommendation — projected return, acquisition cost, resourcing and payback — so clients can prioritise with confidence.

• Advise client stakeholders on implementing the Growth Operating System across the Acquire, Convert and Operate pillars, lead client review and reporting sessions, and coordinate the final handover of processes, digital assets and access.

• Translate agreed recommendations into scoped, resourced and sequenced delivery plans, and brief the Project Operations, Financial Operations and Marketing departments accordingly.

• Coordinate departmental managers and specialists across concurrent engagements, resolving competing priorities, reviewing outputs before release to clients, and ensuring delivery to scope, timeline and agreed acceptance criteria.

• Work with Financial Operations on engagement budgeting, quotation and invoicing accuracy and margin tracking, and report portfolio-level delivery status, commercial performance and risks to the Director.

• Maintain the Company's advisory methodology, reporting standards and quality assurance processes, and ensure tracking and campaign configurations comply with the UK GDPR and PECR.
