About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Senior Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in

West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong repairs and maintenance planning experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within the required timescales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance works for operatives and subcontractors.

-

Allocate jobs efficiently based on priority, location, skills and availability.

-

Monitor outstanding and completed works to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

-

Liaise with operatives, residents, tenants, subcontractors and internal teams.

-

Manage urgent and priority repairs, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.

-

Monitor operative workloads and make adjustments where required.

-

Identify and resolve scheduling issues and delays.

-

Ensure appointments are booked and maintained within agreed timescales.

Keep systems and records up to date with accurate job and appointment information.

Monitor KPIs and performance against agreed service levels.

-

Support the wider planning team and assist with more complex scheduling requirements.

Provide guidance and support to other Planners where required.

About You

-

Previous experience working as a

Planner, Senior Planner or Repairs Planner within property services, housing or maintenance.

-

Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes.

-

Experience scheduling operatives and managing a busy workload.

-

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

-

Ability to prioritise urgent and high-priority works.

-

Confident communicating with operatives, residents and internal stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and IT skills.

-

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
