Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist

As part of a new service, you will have the opportunity to influence how occupational therapy is delivered from the beginning. You will contribute to the development of clinical pathways, evidence-based practice and innovative approaches to rehabilitation, including the use of rehabilitation technology, while helping to establish the standards, processes and culture that will underpin the service as it grows. We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with clinical leadership and a passion for service development. You will have significant experience within neurological rehabilitation, be confident working autonomously with complex clients and have experience supporting or supervising other clinicians. You will be committed to evidence-based practice, outcome measurement and continuous professional development, with the ability to share your knowledge and positively influence the wider team. You will also be someone who thrives in a new and developing environment. The ability to work collaboratively, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new ways of working will be important, as will your commitment to creating a high-quality experience for clients, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
