Sales Order Processor

We're working with a growing Manchester-based business looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their busy sales office.

This is a hands-on role focused on processing customer orders, invoicing and supporting customers throughout the order process, alongside general sales administration and stock-related duties.

The Role

You'll be supporting the sales and customer service team, with responsibilities including

Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently

Raising invoices for customer deliveries

Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

Arranging courier and pallet collections

Updating customer records, orders and internal systems

Supporting stock procurement and stock control

Providing general administrative support to the sales office
