Deputy Manager – Wanstead

Recruitment Professionals is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a nursery setting in Wanstead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional to take responsibility for the overall quality, performance and smooth running of the setting.

The Nursery Manager will provide strong leadership to the nursery team, ensure children receive outstanding standards of care and education, maintain effective safeguarding and compliance procedures, and build strong relationships with parents and families. You will also be responsible for supporting staff development and ensuring the nursery operates in accordance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.
