As a Flagship Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving team performance in a vibrant retail environment. What you’ll be doing
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the daily operations of our large flagship store, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and care. You will report to the Regional Manager and lead a dedicated team of colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
Key responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Drive team engagement and development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand loyalty.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a flagship or large store environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
- A background in optics is ideal, but not essential.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
It would be great if you also have- Experience in managing a large team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Knowledge of the optics industry.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
