Project Surveyor

What's involved with this role

Triumph Consultants are looking for a experienced Project Surveyor for their client to manage and deliver window replacement and other property improvement projects. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, value for money, safety and customer satisfaction. Contract is for 12 months in Bristol, BS4 3EZ.

Hybrid – at least 1 day per week in the office, with some site visits and homeworking as required.

Key Requirements

Degree, HNC or equivalent construction-related qualification, with relevant surveying or building experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building defects, with experience specifying repair and renewal works.

Experience managing projects and contractors, including contracts, valuations, variations and final accounts.

Good knowledge of CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, HHSRS and construction Health & Safety requirements.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.

Key Responsibilities

Manage window replacement and property improvement projects from planning and specification through to completion.

Carry out inspections, surveys and condition assessments, diagnose defects and specify suitable works.

Manage contractors and consultants, monitor quality, programme, costs and compliance.

Prepare reports, specifications, tender documents and statutory applications, maintaining accurate project records.

Communicate with customers and stakeholders, manage expectations and support a positive customer experience.
