What you’ll be doing

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, reporting directly to the regional manager. You will manage a full optician’s team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. Your leadership will drive our mission to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
• Implement training and development plans to enhance team performance.
• Drive community engagement initiatives to strengthen our local presence.
• Monitor and analyse store performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the optics sector.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

It would be great if you also have- Experience in the optical industry or a related field.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
