What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our store, reporting directly to the regional manager. You will manage a full optician’s team, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. Your leadership will drive our mission to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
- Implement training and development plans to enhance team performance.
- Drive community engagement initiatives to strengthen our local presence.
- Monitor and analyse store performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the optics sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
It would be great if you also have- Experience in the optical industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
