Tutor (DBA Supervisor and Research Mentor)

Teesside University London (TU London) is seeking to appoint experienced, research-active and collegiate academics with a commitment to doctoral education and scholarly excellence to support the ongoing development and academic excellence of its Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme.

We are looking for accomplished academics and practitioner-scholars with substantial doctoral supervisory experience, a commitment to doctoral education and scholarly excellence, and expertise in supporting applied research in business and management. Successful candidates will help DBA researchers transform professional and organisational challenges into impactful doctoral research that contributes to both scholarship and practice.

This role would suit individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of academic scholarship and professional practice and who are committed to supporting the development of research-informed leaders capable of influencing organisations, industries and wider society.

This one-day-per-week role includes a mix of face-to-face workshops on predetermined dates, and hybrid delivery arranged around student and tutor availability.
