About the role
You will provide first and second-line support for the Salesforce platform and MyStAlbans site, ensuring business requirements are met through the effective administration, maintenance, and flow building. You will work closely with service areas to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and deliver solutions that enhance service delivery.
You will also develop knowledge across other tools and systems, providing resilience within the team and supporting wider business improvement initiatives.
