A lovely Islington-based family needs an experienced Part-time Live-out Nanny to care for their infant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of childcare experience, with a strong background in newborn care. The family is looking for someone warm, patient, and reliable who is confident supporting a young baby's daily routine and early development.

The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the baby's care, including feeding, nappy changes, maintaining hygiene, and establishing consistent routines. The role also includes child-related housekeeping and supporting the baby's weaning journey when the time comes.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours

** The role will begin with **2 days per week, 4 hours per day**, before increasing to **3 to 4 days per week, 8 hours per day**, for a total of **24 to 32 hours per week**.

Duties include

**

* providing attentive care for a 1-month-old baby

* ensuring the baby's safety, well-being, and development

* establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines

* assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles

* maintaining proper hygiene for the baby

* engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities

* taking the child on outdoor outings, such as visits to the park, when age appropriate

* carrying out child-related housekeeping duties

* preparing meals in line with the child's nutritional needs

* supporting the baby's weaning journey when appropriate

* creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment
